中蜂与意蜂王浆中DNA的RAPD分析

摘    要:以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)和意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica)王浆为材料,用改进的苯酚-氯仿法提取蜂王浆中的DNA,利用35个随机引物对提取出来的DNA进行RAPD扩增,结果表明:有6个随机引物能扩增出谱带,其中1个引物对所有王浆DNA样品的扩增结果完全相同,5个引物出现多态性。共检测到32条扩增谱带,其中24条为多态带。

Abstract:The experiment used royal jelly of Apis cerana and Apis mellifera as materials,extracted the DNA of royal jelly with modified phenol-chloroform method,the extracted DNA was analyzed by RAPD with 35 arbitrary primers.The results showed that: in the 35 primers that were tested,1 obtained the same bands.5 were polymorphous,a total of 32 bands were obtained,of which 24 were polymorphic.
