| 摘 要： | 利用PCR-RFLP等技术检测了山东省8个猪种(莱芜黑猪、大蒲莲黑猪、烟台黑猪、新沂蒙黑猪、里岔黑猪、五莲黑猪、鲁烟白猪和昌潍白猪)606个样品的繁殖(FSHβ、ESR和PRLR)、肉质(Hal~n)和抗病(FUT I)性状的主要功能基因的多态性分布,结果表明:山东省猪种上述5个基因均具有丰富的多态性,特别是FSHβ、ESR和PRLR 3个影响繁殖性状有利基因的基因频率很高,是其高繁殖性能的基础.Hal~n和FUT I基因在中外猪种间有不同的分布特征,通过Hal~n和FUT I基因在中外猪种间频率的对比,初步分析了山东省各猪种受国外猪种的影响的程度,为山东省猪种遗传资源的保护和开发利用提供基础资料和科学依据.

| Abstract: | In the research,polymorphism analysis on genes of reproduction(FSH β,ESR and PRLR),meat quality(Hal~n) and disease-resistance(FUT I ) traits of 606 samples of 8 pig breeds (Laiwu black,Dapulian black,Licha black,Yimeng black,Yantai black,Wulian Black,Changwei white and Luyan white) from Shandong province were detected by the measures of PCR or PCR-RFLP.The result indicated that there were high polymorphisms of the 5 genes measured in the eight pig breeds.Especially,the favorable gene′frequencies of reproduction trait were rather high,which were the basis of high reproduction trait.There are different gene distributing characteristics of Hal~n and FUT I in Chinese indigenous pig breeds and exotic pig breeds.Through comparison of gene frequencies of Hal~n and FUT I,impacts of exotic pig breeds on pig breeds of Shandong province were analyzed primarily.It will provide useful scientific data to preservation and utilization of pig resource of Shandong province. |
