| 摘 要： | 日本国有林划分为4种森林类型，即国土保全林、自然维持林、森林空间利用林和木材生产林。森林类型划分的优先顺序是国家和人民利益、生态效益、社会效益和经济效益，根据合理经营的原则，确定各类森林的经营目标和经营体系，实现分类经营。以伊那谷森林计划区为例，介绍不同森林类型和经营体系。

| Abstract: | This paper presents classification of forest-type and principles of division of national forests in Japan. In Japan the national forests are divided into four kinds of forest-type, namely national land conservation forest, natural maintenance forest, space utilization forest and wood production forest.The principles of classification were arranged according to national and public interests, ecological utility, social utility and eco-nomic utility. Acxeording to the principles of rational management, the management targets and systems were established for each forest-type.This paper presents the management targets and systems for Ina valley forest planning unit. |
