摘    要:建立了板蓝根注射液中(R,S)-告依春含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Waters XBridgeC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.02%磷酸溶液(7:93)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长245nm,柱温30℃。在1-40μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),系统精密度RSD为0.31%(n=6),平均回收率为98.6%(RSD=0.36%)。本方法重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:The HPLC method was established for the determination of (R,S)epigoitrin in Banlangen injection. A chromatographic column of Waters XBridge C18( 150 min×4.6mm,5μm) was used, with the mobile phase of methanol- phosphoric acid solution(7 : 93) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength of 245 nm and the column temperature of 30 ℃. The linear concentration was within the range of 1 - 40 μg/mL( r = 0.9998 ). RSD of system precision was 0.31% ( n = 6), and the average recovery was 98.6% ( RSD = 0.36%). The method is reproducible and available for quality control of the preparation.
