湖南省水生蔬菜资源种类及分布现状调查与分析

摘    要:湖南省蔬菜研究所组织人员通过自行收集并结合第三次全国农作物种质资源普查与收集,汇总收集湖南省范围内水生蔬菜资源203份,包括10个种类。笔者根据资源调查数据统计情况,在对水生蔬菜进行分类的基础上,分别描述了其现存状况,并对湖南水生蔬菜的总体分布情况进行了分析。从种类看,湖南莲藕资源优势地位明显,水芋资源最为丰富,茭白、水芹、菱、蕹菜等资源较为丰富,其他资源相对较少;从分布情况看,北部洞庭湖区和湘中丘陵地带种类较多,分布较为集中,湘西、湘南地区分布相对较少,分布较为分散。总体来说,湖南省水生蔬菜资源较为丰富,包括大量的地方品种和野生资源,但却面临着资源日趋减少的严峻形势。针对水生蔬菜资源的现状和存在的问题,笔者从多个方面提出了应对策略。

Abstract:By self-collection and through the Third National Survey and Collection of Crop Germplasm Resources, Hunan Institute of Vegetable Research collected a total of 203 aquatic vegetable resources, which belonged to 10 species. According to the statistic data of the survey, we separately described the present situation of aquatic vegetable resources based on classification, analyzed the overall distribution of the resources in Hunan. Among all the species, lotus root has a dominant position, taro is the most abundant, water bamboo, water celery, spinach, and water caltrop are also in abundance, other resources are relatively few. The majority of the resources mainly distribute in the north of the Dongting Lake area and hilly area in central Hunan, and the distribution in west and south Hunan is small and scattered. In general, Hunan is rich in aquatic vegetable resources, including a large number of local varieties and wild resources, but facing a severe situation of resource reduction. In view of the current situation and existing problems, the authors put forward corresponding strategies.
