| 摘 要： | 本文采用统计分析方法,将2019年西和县国家一般气象站采集的气温、降水、日照等基本气象要素数据和相应历年值进行对比分析,并对局地暴雨、连阴雨等重大灾害性天气进行综合分析。然后根据分析结果,作出气候对人们生产生活影响的综合评价。结果表明：气候条件对全县工农生产及人们的生活有利有弊,属一般年景。

Climate Impact Assessment of Xihe County in 2019 |

| Abstract: | Through statistical analysis methods, this article compares the data of basic meteorological elements such as temperature,precipitation and sunshine to corresponding historical values collected by Xihe County National General meteorological Station in 2019,and also comprehensively analyzes severe catastrophic weather such as local heavy rain and continuous rain.Then based on the analysis results, make a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of climate on people"s production and life.The results show that: climatic conditions have advantages and disadvantages for industrial and agricultural production,and people"s lives.This year is a general year. |
