| 摘 要： | 研究了5个母本、10个父本、11个杂交日期、59个杂交时间对大豆杂交结实率的影响。结果表明,不同母本对杂交结实率影响显著,J4032、齐黄26作母本容易获得杂种后代;不同父本对杂交结实率影响极显著,Avery、G3005作父本容易获得杂种后代;不同杂交日期对杂交结实率影响极显著;不同时间杂交对杂交结实率影响不显著。影响大豆杂交结实率的因素多样而且复杂,需要后续更深入研究。

| Abstract: | The effects of 5 female parents, 10 male parents, 11 hybridization dates, and 59 hybridization moments on the soybean hybrid seed setting rate were studied. The results showed that different female parents had significant effects on the soybean hybrid seed setting rate. J4032 and Qihuang 26 used as female parents were easy to obtain hybrid progenies. Different male parents had a very significant effect on the soybean hybrid seed setting rate, Avery and G3005 were prone to obtain progeny of crossbreds as male parents. The different hybridization dates had a very significant effect on the soybean hybrid seed setting rate. Different hybridization moments had no significant effects on the soybean hybrid seed setting rate. The factors affecting the soybean hybrid seed setting rate were diverse and complex which need further research. |
