| 摘 要： | 本文阐述当前国内食糖发展陷入困局的背景下,竞争情报在广西蔗糖面向东盟实施“走出去”战略中的意义。运用STEEP模型分析法搜集东盟宏观环境中的社会环境、技术环境、经济环境、生态环境和政治环境5方面对我区糖业发展造成的影响,用SWOT态势分析法综合对比分析得出相应战略方法。在此基础上提出构建竞争情报服务体系的措施。

| Abstract: | the article discusses the importance of competitive intelligence in the expanding strategy to ASEAN area of Guangxi sucrose under the background of difficulty from domestic sucrose. On based of analysis of STEEP from society,technology,economy, ecology and politics and SWOT for ASEAN area, it forecasts how the situation of ASEAN area will affect Guangxi sucrose .It also gives advice to how to set up CI system to ensure Guangxi sucrose. |
