| 摘 要： | 由于近年来国家大力建设园林化城市的带动，城市园林绿化已经成为一门新兴的环境产业。在国家法律、法规的调控下，城市园林绿化与经济发展形成了相互促进、互为基础的态势，也从中显示着古老园林的崭新魅力。在绿化产业的发展过程中，城市绿地系统的结构组成发生了巨大变化。今后，应注意加强维护城市绿地的可持续发展，调整现代农业生产结构，协调城市园林建设与国家经济建设的关系，使绿化建设、养护管理法制化、规范化，依靠园林绿化产生效益必须有专业技术作为保障，政府应该运用相应的产业政策，制定可行的发展规划，引导市场的规范运行，把城市园林绿化的经营管理活动纳入国际法规和国际惯例的轨道之中。从专业的角度，将城市园林绿化建设与经济管理有机结合，走出一条良性的城市园林绿化经济管理发展之路。

| Abstract: | In recent years, China is building garden city vigorously, urban garden greening has become a newly arisen environmental industry. Under the control of national laws and regulations, urban garden greening and economy development formed a trend of mutual promotion and basis of each other, and showed new charm of ancient garden. During the course of development of green industry, structure composition of urban green space system has changed a lot. Some problems that should pay attention to in future, such as maintaining the sustainable development of urban green space, adjusting production structure of modem agriculture, coordinating relationship between urban garden construction and national economic construction, standardizing greening construction and maintenance management, and with professional technology as the foundation, moreover, government should use corresponding industrial policy, make feasible development plan, guide normalized operation of markets and bring operational and management activities of urban garden greening into the orbit of intemational regulation and convention. From the point of garden greening specialty view, the organic integration of urban landscape construction with economic management should be realized for walking out a good development road of urban garden greening. |
