| 摘 要： | 为从微生物中获取溶栓药物,从土壤、豆豉中获得产纤溶酶活性高的1株菌株,命名为W-15。经检测,发酵上清液中纤溶活性的蛋白酶分子质量约为36 kDa,酶的比活为1 571 UK/mg。 |

| Abstract: | In order to gain thrombolytic drug from microorganism,a strain named W-15 with high yield of fibrinolytic enzyme was separated from the soil and the fermented soybean.It was proved that a potent fibrinolytic enzyme purified from the cell-free supernatant was estimated to be 36 kDa and its spectific activity was 1 571 UK/mg. |
