摘    要:小杂粮是山西省的特色农产品,为了推进山西小杂粮产业快速发展,从环境、品质、技术、品种、政策优势等方面对山西小杂粮产业进行分析,同时找出了山西小杂粮产业化开发中存在的问题;为了提升山西小杂粮产品的市场竞争力,使小杂粮的资源优势转化为产业优势、效益优势,提出了小杂粮产业化开发的发展思路。

Abstract:The minor cereal crops are specility farming products in Shanxi. To promote its rapid growth, its advantages of environment, quality, technology, varieties and policy were analyzed and the existing problems to hinder its industralization were pointed out. Besides, its development strategy was raised to improve market competiveness, to transform its resources advantage into industralization and benefit ones.
