摘    要:采用四因素三水平的L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了不同能量、粗蛋白、钙和磷水平对20~40 kg阶段美系长白猪血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同能量水平对血清总蛋白(TP)、血清球蛋白(Glo)有显著影响(P0.05),对血清白蛋白/球蛋白比值(A/G)、血清钙(Ca)、血清总胆固醇(T-cho)和血清血糖(Glu)也有显著影响(P0.05);不同粗蛋白水平对血清中TP、白蛋白(Alb)、Glo和尿素氮(BUN)有显著的影响(P0.05),对血清A/G、血清Ca有显著影响(P0.05);不同钙水平对血清中TP、Glo、Ca、A/G有显著影响(P0.05);不同磷水平方面对血清中TP、Glo、磷(P)和BUN有显著的影响(P0.05),对血清中A/G和Ca也有显著影响(P0.05)。

Abstract:A experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary nutrient levels on the serum biochemical parameters in Landrace pigs at 20~40 kg originally introduced from USA,and the orthogonal 4×3 factorial trial was used and 9 kind of diets were designed.The results showed that(1) the level of dietary energy had significant effect on the serum TP(P<0.05),Glo(P<0.05),A/G(P<0.05),Ca(P<0.05),T-cho(P<0.05)and Glu(P<0.05);(2) the level of dietary crude protein had significant effect on the serum TP(P<0.05),Alb(P<0.05),Glo(P<0.05),BUN(P<0.05),A/G(P<0.05)and Ca(P<0.05);(3) the level of dietary calcium(Ca) had significant effect on the serum TP(P<0.05),Glo(P<0.05),Glu(P<0.05),A/G(P<0.05);(4)the level of dietary phosphorus had significant effect on the serum TP(P<0.05),Glo(P<0.05),P(P<0.05),BUN(P<0.05),A/G(P<0.05)and Ca(P<0.05).
