| 摘 要： | 简述了茶黄素类(Theaflavins，TFs)的化学结构，并从抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒和抗心血管疾病五个方面综述了茶黄素类的药理作用，其中从肿瘤的发生、发展两个阶段着重分析了茶黄素类的作用机理，最后提出了TFs作为药品开发所存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The pharmacological effects of the theaflavins (TFs) are summarized in anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-viral and anti-cardiovascular disease with an introduction of its structure. TFs' mechanism of anti-tumor is mainly analyzed. Potential problems of the TFs used as drug are also raised. |
