低温贮藏下1-MCP处理对大枣呼吸作用及叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:目的]研究1-MCP用于大枣的贮藏保鲜的效果。方法]以金丝新4号大枣为材料,以不加1-MCP对照,试验采用0.50、1.00、1.50μl/L的1-MCP进行熏蒸处理。5℃贮藏条件下,分别在贮藏后0、10、20、30、40、50 d取样测定不同处理的呼吸速率,乙烯释放量,叶绿素含量。结果]在整个贮藏期间,大枣果实的乙烯释放速率不断下降,贮藏30 d后,大枣果实的乙烯释放速率处于相对稳定的低水平。经1-MCP处理后的枣果,其乙烯释放速率显著低于对照。贮藏期间大枣果实的叶绿素含量不断下降,而经过1-MCP处理的大枣果实叶绿素分解速率显著低于对照果。结论]经过1-MCP处理的大枣果实,其呼吸作用显著低于对照,而叶绿素含量显著高于对照。

Effects of 1-MCP on Respiration and Chlorophyll Content in Jujube at Low Temperature Storage
Abstract:Objective] The test was to study the storage effect of 1-MCP applied on Jujube.Method] With Jinsixin 4 jujube as the material and without 1-MCP as CK,1-MCP at 0.50,1.00,1.50 μl/L were taken in experiment for fumigation treatment.Under the storage condition at 5 ℃ the samples was selected after storage for 0, 10,20,30,40,50 d to determine the respiration rate,ethylene release rate and chlorophyll content in different treatments.Result] In the total storage period,the ethylene release rate of Jujube fruit was decreased continuously.After storage for 30 d,the ethylene release rate of Jujube fruit was in relatively stable low level.The ethylene release rate of Jujube fruit treated by 1-MCP was obviously lower than that of CK.The chlorophyll content in the Jujube fruit was decreased continuously in storage period.The decomposition rate of chlorophyll of Jujube fruit treated by 1-MCP was significantly lower than that of CK.Conclusion] After the Jujube fruit was treated by 1-MCP,its respiration rate was obviously lower than that of CK,and its chlorophyll content was significantly higher than that of CK.
