摘    要:应用RS和GIS等资料获取的信息,对福州市区35年来城市化进程中土地利用与环境变化进行动态监测。通过建立动态分析数学模型,进行动态分析与评价。研究结果表明:研究段内福州市土地利用结构变化明显,土地利用空间变化较大,交通建设用地增幅最大,而农业用地面积、未利用土地面积减幅最大;福州市区环境质量总体状况良好,但城市污水处理率、环境噪声达标率离标准值都有一定的差距。

Abstract:By RS and GIS data acquisition information,this paper conducted ambulatory monitoring of land utilization and environmental change of urbanization about Fuzhou downtown over the 35 years.By establishing mathematical model of dynamical analyzing,this paper conducted the dynamical analyzing and assessment.The research results suggested that land utilization structure varied obviously and land utilization space varied comparatively large and traffic construction location amplitude was largest and the agriculture location area and unused land area drop was largest;the environment quality overall condition was fine,but there was stated disparity of city sewage disposal rate and environment noise control rate from standard value in Fuzhou downtown.
