花魔芋试管微球茎休眠解除的研究

摘    要:为了研究花魔芋试管微球茎的萌发特性,设置了贮存时间、硫脲和赤霉素处理的试验.结果表明,贮存4~8个月的试管微球茎,在合适的温湿度条件下,萌发率低(10%~13%),休眠深浅不同;当赤霉素浓度达到100mg·L~(-1)或硫脲浓度为1%时,试管微球茎的萌发率最高,分别为73.5%和75.0%;

Abstract:In order to study germination characteristics of test-tube micro-bulbdium of Konjac (A moiphophallus konjac C.Koch),experiments such as store time, thiourea and gibberellin (GA_3) were carried out. It showed that the germination of test-tube micro-bulbdium of konjac storaged for four to eight months was lower (10%~13%), and the degree of dormancy was different. When the concentration of gibberellin (GA_3) was 100 mg-L~(-1), or the concentration of thiourea was 1%, the test-tube micro-bulbdium of konjac with the highest germination was 73.5% and 75.0% respectively.
