| Abstract: | The viral genome RNA of Chinese isolate B_(13)of PRRSV was amplified by RT- PCR using the primer pair 1005PS and 1006PR which are both 25bp in lenth,designed according to the conserved sequence of ORF_5 gene of ATCC VR-2332 and LV.A DNA frag- ment was amplified which contains completely ORF_5 gene and the size is about 730 bp and then the DNA fragment was cloned site-specifically into pUC18 vector between the EcoR I and Pst I cleavage sites,getting a recombinant plasimid of B_(13)ORF_5 gene and pUC18 vector... |
