| 摘 要： | ＲＦＬＰ是一种新的ＤＮＡ水平的遗传标记。ＲＦＬＰ标记技术可用于：构建植物的遗传连锁图；进行重要经济性状的遗传分析和改良；缩短回交育种进程；利用外源种质；研究植物的亲缘关系；辅助主要基因的分离、克隆；显著提高育种过程中的选择效率。

| Abstract: | The RFLP is a new genetic marker in the DNA molecule level.The RFLP marker technique can be used to construct plant genetic linkage map,analize and improve important economic characters in genetics.Shorten backcross breeding time,use external germplasm,research plant genetic relationship,assist isolation and clone of major gene and enhance selection efficiency in breeding significantly. |
