摘    要:目的]探索沙棘果渣中黄酮的绿色提取新方法。方法]以9.4%二甲基酰胺(DMF)为传热介质,沙棘果渣在微波辐射下,经酸水解成黄酮苷元,以槲皮素为标准品,用紫外和高效液相色谱检测。结果]此法能高效方便地提取出沙棘中的黄酮,提取率为0.018%。结论]微波提取沙棘果渣中黄酮工艺简单易行,生产成本较低,采取此方法提取黄酮具有广阔的开发前景。
