| 摘 要： | 采用连续流动法检测分析了云南烟区B2F、C3F、X2F 3个部位6 948份烤烟样品烟碱含量特点.结果表明:云南烤烟烟碱含量均值及其主要分布范围较适宜,上、中、下3个部位烟叶烟碱含量分别为3.26％、2.44％、1.75％.烟碱含量的主要分布范围为上部叶2.0％～4.0％、中部叶1.5％～3.5％、下部叶1.0％～2....

| Abstract: | The nicotine content of 6 948 flue-cured tobacco samples including upper,middle and lower leaf from Yunnan Province were analyzed with continuous flow analyzer,and the characteristics of nicotine content were studied.The results showed that average nicotine content and mainly distributed range on Yunnan tobacco leaves were suitable in general.The average nicotine content of upper,middle and lower leaves were 3.26%,2.44% and 1.75% respectively,and their main range of nicotine contents were 2.0%~4.0%,1.5%~3.5... |
