| 摘 要： | 诱导UreB蛋白克隆菌株表达UreB蛋白,并制备成亚单位疫苗,免疫正常泌乳奶牛,测定乳清中特异性抗体效价以及牛乳常规成分、血清常规成分等健康指标.结果表明:UreB蛋白表达浓度为0.39 mg/mL;乳清特异性抗体IgG和IgM效价显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),IgA效价有所上升,但未达到显著水平(P＞0.05)；奶...

| Abstract: | The UreB protein was expressed by UreB colonies,and was used to prepare UreB subunit vaccine.The normal lactating dairy cows were immunized with UreB subunit vaccine.Determination of specific antibody titer whey,the milk composition and serum composition such as health indicators were measured.The results showed that UreB protein was expressed and purified successfully with the concentration of 0.39 mg/mL.Serum specific IgG and IgM titers of milk were significantly higher(P<0.05) than those of control group... |
