摘    要:以早、中和晚熟越橘品种都克(Duke)、蓝丰(Bluecrop)和埃利奥特(Elliot)为试材,对不同成熟期的越橘果实总糖、总酸、维生素C(VC)和色素在年生长周期中的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明,越橘果实成熟过程中总糖含量总体呈上升趋势,总糖含量在品种间表现为都克>蓝丰>埃利奥特;越橘果实达到完熟时总酸含量降到最低...
