| 摘 要： | 利用水、氯化钠、乙醇、氢氧化钠,分别提取玉米胚芽中的水溶蛋白、盐溶蛋白、醇溶蛋白、碱溶蛋白,确定各种分离蛋白的最佳溶剂条件.样品过80目筛后,脱脂处理,取5 g脱脂样品进行试验.结果表明,水溶蛋白的最佳溶剂量为水80 mL,提取率为37.13％;盐溶蛋白的最佳溶剂浓度为质量分数为6％的氯化钠溶液,提取率为25.34％;...
