| 摘 要： | 目的]了解恩施地区绿凤藤茶的最佳采收时期及采摘部位。方法]采用分光光度法测定不同采收时期及不同部位绿凤藤茶中多糖的含量。结果]结果表明,不同采摘时间及不同采摘部位的绿凤藤茶中多糖含量具有明显的差别,不同时间采摘的藤茶以5、8、9和10月多糖含量较高,不同采摘部位的藤茶以15~25 d的展叶中多糖的含量较高。结论]建议在大部分绿凤藤茶叶片生长15~25d时进行采摘。

Comparison and Analysis of the Polysaccharide Content in Various Parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata CV lufeng Collected in Different Seasons |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to clarify the best harvest season and harvest part of Ampelopsis grossedentata CV lufeng in Enshi areas.Method] Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in different parts of A.grossedentata CV lufeng collected in different seasons.Result] The results showed that the polysaccharide contents of A.grossedentata CV lufeng of different harvest seasons and parts had significant differences.In different seasons,the content of polysaccharide was better in May,August,September and October.In different parts of A.grossedentata CV lufeng,the content of polysaccharide was better in the leaves of around 15-25 days.Conclusion] The leaves of A.grossedentata CV lufeng was suggested to collect when most growed for 15-25 days. |
