| Abstract: | Isolation and culture is precondition in establishing the mammalian embryonic stem(ES) cells line. ES cells are generally derived from inner cell mass of blastocyst or primordial germ cells. The advance on isolation and culture of ES cells was reviewed from the resource,isolation technique and feeder layer,and the developing direction in this field was also briefly discussed in this article. |
