| Abstract: | In view of the new phenomenon arising presently in rural building process - ＂thousands of villages look the same＂, the paper analyzed the status quo of building ＂beautiful countryside＂ in Zhejiang Province, summarized the reasons for landscape homogenization and emphasized the decisive role of the natural environment, cultural identi- ty and other factors found in villages. Relying on the modern design concepts and methods, the paper put forward the measures against homogenization of the rural landscapes. |
