| 摘 要： | 近年来由于水产品质量安全事件不断发生,使得消费者对水产品的质量安全要求增加。水产养殖过程中的投入品、水质等会影响水产品的安全性,本文提出了水产品质量安全信息服务策略来提升高水产品质量安全。
