| 摘 要： | 针对核桃露地芽苗砧嫁接育苗中，铁核桃在９～１２月间催芽育砧的有效出苗率低、嫁接成活率不稳定的问题，进行了５因素４水平的正交催芽育砧试验，以及浸种剂Ａ最佳浸种方法选择，浸种剂Ａ浸种基质种类和催芽时间对嫁接成活率的影响等一系列试验。摸索出一套有效出苗率高、芽苗砧嫁接成活率好的高效催芽育砧技术。示范、推广催芽３００多万粒，一般有效出苗率达８０％，高者可达９６％，成本仅０．０５元／株。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problem which effective seedling percentage of Juglans sigillata is lowfrom September to December,and grafting survial rate is unstable. A test on orthogonalpregermination grafting of 5 factors,4 levels and a series tests such as selecting the best way ofseed soaking with agent A,soaking seed with agent A and measuring how the substrate typeand pregennination time influence the grafting survival rate have been done. The techniquesof efficient pregermination and grafting including high seedling percentage and good survivalpercent have been found out.M ore than 3 million shots have been demonstrated and ex-tended,the results showed that the effective seedling percentage reached 80% in generally,al-so reached 96% sometimes,he cost is only 0.05yuan/tree. |
