| 摘 要： | 农业是国民经济的基础，农业的可持续发展是国家的长治久安的根本，黑龙江是农业大省，也是国家重要的商品粮基地之一，因此，黑龙江省农业可持续发展问题更加受到广泛的关注。本文以农业可持续发展理论为指导，运用了多目标评价方法，分析了黑龙江省农业可持续发展的态势，找出了存在的问题，并针对问题提出了适合我省发展特点的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Agriculture is the basis of national economy, the sustainable development of agriculture is the root of long period of order and stability. Heilongjiang not only is a major agriculture province,but is one of important commodity grain bases in China. So,the sustainable development of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province is paid attention more widely.This paper is under the direction of the theory of sustainable development of agriculture, being used multi-criteria evaluation algorithm. Then we analyze the situation of sustainable development in agriculture,find out the existent problems,and put forward many suggestions which adapt to the development and characteristics of Heilongjiang Province. |
