| 摘 要： | 我国农业农村信息服务目前正在出现加快推进的趋势.这种可喜的形势,主要源于中共中央提出建设社会主义新农村的伟大历史任务,源于发展现代农业的内在的本质的要求,源于中央国务院各部门、各系统以及相关企业等社会力量的积极行动,更是源于农业农村信息化的多元化、社会化和网络化的发展规律与趋势.各级政府及其农业部门要做好主导、引导和推动的工作,各农业农村信息服务主体应注意从实际出发实现共赢.

| Abstract: | The information service in countryside is promoted by government regulation,the essential requirement of modern agriculture,social power,and especially the development trend of countryside informatation.The government and agricultural department at different levels play a dominant,introductive and propulsive role.The each information service provider in countryside must proceed from reality so as to realize win-win goal. |
