| 摘 要： | 介绍了链置换扩增技术、转录介导扩增技术、核酸序列依赖性扩增技术、环介导等温扩增技术、赖解旋酶恒温基因扩增技术、滚环扩增等六种恒温扩增核酸的技术的特点及其研究应用概况,并对恒温扩增技术的前景予以展望,以期为这些技术的应用提供参考。
