| 摘 要： | 中国幅员辽阔,花卉资源丰富,是花卉生产大国,在世界经济飞速发展的今天,中国花卉产业迎来了巨大的发展空间,但同时也面临着更多的问题需要解决。阐述了中国花卉产业的现状及存在的问题,并着重分析探讨知识产权保护,这一关系到我国花卉产业可持续发展的问题。知识产权保护是我国花卉产业发展的基础,是提高市场竞争力,推动花卉产业可持续发展的主要动力之一,需高度重视。

| Abstract: | China has a vast territory,resources of flower are rich,and is a big country in flower production.Now,the world＇s economy is developing rapidly,so the Chinese flower industry has the huge space for development.But it also faces with more problems that need to be resolved simultaneity.This article describes the situation of Chinese flower industry and the problems which related to the satisfactory development of Chinese flower industry.Intellectual Property Protection is the basis for the development of Chinese flower industry.It improves the market competitiveness,and one of the main driving force for promote the flower industry sustainable development,so we need serious attention. |
