| 摘 要： | 调查结果表明,粤东北山区梅州市野生蔬菜72科152属200种,其中鲜花类野生蔬菜19科22种,果实(种子)类野生蔬菜19科35种,草本茎叶类野生蔬菜41科132种,木本茎叶类野生蔬菜15科28种,竹笋类野生蔬菜5种,根(茎)类野生蔬菜26科47种。同时,分析了梅州市野生蔬菜植物的资源特点、利用现状和开发对策。

| Abstract: | 200 species of wild vegetables in 152 genera of 72 families were reported in Meizhou city,northeastern Guangdon province,among which,22 species of 19 families were with the flower as wild vegetable; 35 species of 19 families,with the fruit or seed as wild vegetable; 132 species of 41 families,with the young stem and leaf of herbs as wild vegetable; 28 species of 15 families,with their stem and leaf of woody as wild vegetable; 5 species,with bamboo shoot as wild vegetable and 47 species of 26 families,with the root and tubers as wild vegetable. The characteristics of wild vegetable,present condition of utilization,exploration countermeasure were analyzed and presented. |
