| 摘 要： | 采用光镜、扫描和透射电镜对轮状病毒引起的肠炎进行了检查。光镜检查结果证实,病变主要局限于小肠,表现为绒毛变得短而粗,并发生水肿,绒毛互相融合,隐窝增生,固有层淋巴样细胞增生。扫描电镜检查发现,绒毛排列不整齐,绒毛萎缩和固有层裸露。透射电镜的观察结果证实,病毒的复制位于细胞浆,病毒颗粒从内质网膜上发芽,然后进入扩张的内质网池中。

| Abstract: | Rotaviral (RV) cnteritis were examined by light microscope (LM), scanning (SEM) and transmission clectron-microscope (TEM).Results of LM examination showed that lesions were restricted to the small intcstine, villi of the small intcstine became shorter and thicker with hyperplasia of crypt. There was an incrcase in lymphoid cells in the lamina propria. The small intcstine obscrved under SEM revealed villous edema, villous atrophy and exposure of the lamina propria. TEM microgram displayed the replication of the virus being confined to the cytoplasm, virus particles budding from the membrane of rough endoplasmie reticulum (RER) and then releasing into the distended cisternae of the RER. |
