莱氏拟乌贼成体副缠卵腺超显微结构

摘    要:通过组织学和透射电镜技术对莱氏拟乌贼副缠卵腺的超显微结构进行了研究。结果显示,副缠卵腺由腺壁组织、腺体小管和结缔组织组成,其中腺壁组织由柱状上皮细胞和肌肉细胞组成;腺体小管由单层上皮细胞环绕构成,上皮细胞内细胞器数量丰富,包括线粒体、内质网和高尔基复合体等,管道数量众多且排列紧密,在管腔中可见大量杆状细菌和上皮细胞的分泌物质,管腔内壁着生微绒毛和纤毛;腺体小管外充满结缔组织,其中分布着少量血管和肌纤维。分析认为,莱氏拟乌贼副缠卵腺属于分泌型腺体,分泌物质包括形成卵鞘的凝胶状物质和为共生菌提供营养的物质,共生菌来源属于“水平传递”,其分泌物质具有抗菌活性。

Abstract:Sepioteuthis lessoniana is a common species of cephalopods. In order to understand the histological structure and cell type of the accessory nidamental gland (ANG)of S. lessoniana, we reseached it by histology and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the ANG was composed of parietal glandular tissue, glandular tubules and connective tissue, and the parietal glandular tissue was composed of columnar epithelial cells and muscle cells. Glandular tubules were surrounded by monolayer epithelial cells, and there were abundant organelles in the epithelial cells, including mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and golgi complex, etc. The tubes are numerous and closely arranged. A large number of rod-shaped bacteria and secreted substances from epithelial cells could be seen in the lumen. The outside of the gland tubules is filled with connective tissue in which a small number of blood vessels and muscle fibers were distributed. According to the results, the ANG of S. lessoniana is a secretory gland, secreting substances including gelatinous substances forming egg sheath and substances providing nutrients for the symbiotic bacteria. The substances secreted by the symbiotic bacteria had antibacterial activity and their source was "horizontal transmission".
