| 摘 要： | 高校是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，科技工作和科技创新始终是现代大学的重要职能。近年来，我校按照科学发展观的要求，依托传统学科优势，强化人才队伍建设，着力构建良好的科技平台，不断推进科技创新，为促进地方经济社会发展，特别是振兴吉林老工业基地、解决“三农”问题发挥了积极的作用。
