典型性湿地系统生态环境需水量研究

摘    要:鉴于水生态监测系统建设水平和基础资料缺乏,湿地生态环境需水量研究更侧重于水行政部门和研究者的主观期望,对调水和补水指导性不强。从湿地水生态系统功能入手,建立了湿地生态系统健康指标体系,构建了包括基本生态环境需水量和年均补水量在内的湿地生态环境需水量模型。以具有“华北明珠”之称的白洋淀湿地水生态演变状况为例,对海河流域各重要湿地的生态环境需水量研究,结果表明该区域湿地生态环境储水量和补水量分别为7.29?108m3和7.35?108m3/y,为湿地管理部门制定流域区内和流域间的水资源配置规划提供支持。

Research on Eco-enviromental Water Requirement for Representative Swampy Land System
Abstract:For the reasons including the poor level of water ecological monitoring structure system and deficiency in water supply guarantee, most research conception of ecological environmental water demand pay excessive emphasizes on the subjective expectancy came from wetland administrative departments and research engineers, then, the conventional research production hardly have guiding in water resource allocation and supplement. Approaching from the functions of wetland water ecological system, a health index edifice for wetland water ecological system was established, and a calculation model for wetland ecological environment water demand was created which considering the primary ecological environment water demand and supplemental water per year. Based on the analysis on water ecological status development trend in 1956-2002 of Baiyangdian wetland which was named “pearl of north area in china”, ecological environment water demand for most important wetlands in Haihe basin were studied. Research outcomes demonstrate that the water quantity for 7.29?108m3ecological storage demand and 7.35?108m3/y for allocation demand in the area. This model will be convenient to provide decision-making support in water resource distribution programming basin inside or between basins for wetland administrative department.
