| 摘 要： | 农业科研人员绩效评价是农业科技管理的重要组成部分.文章介绍了我国农业科研人员绩效评价现状,对当前存在的主要问题进行了初步分析,提出了推进实施分类评价、科学建立评价体系、加快信息系统建设、创新考核评价机制、加强评价结果应用等推进农业科研绩效评价改革的相关建议.

| Abstract: | Performance evaluation of agricultural scientific research personnel is an important part of agricultural science and technology management.The current situation of performance evaluation of agricultural scientific research personnel in China was introduced in the paper.Makes a preliminary analysis of the main problems existing in the present was made and some suggestions for promoting the reform of agricultural scientific research performance evaluation put forward,such as promoting the implementation of classified evaluation,establishing a scientific evaluation system,accelerating the construction of information system,innovating the evaluation mechanism and strengthening the application of evaluation results,etc. |
