| 摘 要： | 如何将生态文明建设落实在乡村振兴战略实施的全过程中,强化乡村农业绿色发展,促进乡村生态文明建设,实现产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的目标,无疑是一项需要深入探索的理论与实践命题。文章在学习与理解习近平总书记生态文明思想核心内涵基础上,指出以保障粮食安全、食品安全、生态安全、生命安全为重点,着力构建以生产、产业、经营、人才为重点的科技创业绿色发展体系和以政府为主导、乡村为平台、农民为主体的社会组织体系,推动乡村绿色振兴与生态文明建设融合发展,并提出了乡村绿色振兴与生态文明建设融合发展的相关对策。

| Abstract: | How to implement ecological civilization construction in the process of rural revitalization, strengthen the green development of rural agriculture, promote rural ecological civilization construction, and realize the goal of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, and rich life, is a theoretical and practical issue that needs to be explored in depth. On the basis of expounded the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping′s ecological civilization thought, it was pointed out in the paper that focusing on food security, food safety, ecological security and life safety, to construct green development system focusing on production, industry, management and talents and social organization system including in the government as the leading, the village as the platform, and the peasants as the main body, in order to promote the integration of rural green revitalization and ecological civilization construction. Finally,the countermeasures for the combination development of rural green revitalization and ecological civilization construction were put forward. |
