倒提壶(紫草科Boraginaceae)提取物抗菌活性的初步研究

摘    要:采用抑菌圈法和抑制菌丝生长速率法,研究倒提壶地上部分醇提物的石油醚相、氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相和水相4个极性部位对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、普通变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌5种细菌及可可葡萄座腔菌、尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌、多主棒孢霉和尖孢炭疽菌5种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明:不同溶剂提取物的抑菌活性差异较大。石油醚相对5种供试的细菌菌株均无作用;氯仿相对大肠杆菌和普通变形杆菌具有抑制作用,其最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)均为3 mg/mL;乙酸乙酯相对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和普通变形杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)均为2 mg/mL;水相仅对大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,其最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)为20 mg/mL。氯仿相对腐皮镰刀菌的抑菌作用最强,EC50为1.48 mg/mL;乙酸乙酯相对可可葡萄座腔菌和多主棒孢霉抑菌作用最强,EC50分别为1.78 mg/mL和0.63 mg/mL;石油醚相和水相的抑真菌活性相对较弱。石油醚相、氯仿相和水相对供试真菌中的部分菌种具有促进生长的作用。

 Anti-microbial Activity of the Extracts from Cynoglossum amabile

Abstract:The aerial part of Cynoglossum amabile was extracted by ethanol. The resultant extract was then extracted successively by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and water. The antimicrobial activities were examined by using five types of bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the five types of popular plant pathogenic fungi, Botryosphaeria rhodina, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Corynespora cassiicola and Colletotrichum acutatum. The results showed that different extracts had different anti-microbial activities. Petroleum ether extract showed no significant inhibition to 5 bacteria. Chloroform extract had inhibition to E. coli and P. vulgaris, the ethyl acetate extract exhibited inhibition to B. subtilis, E. coli and P. vulgaris, and the water extract inhibited E. coli. The minimal inhibitory concentration for the chloroform extract was 3 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL for the ethyl acetate extract, and 20 mg/mL for the water extract.
