野生葡萄枝条多酚粗提物抑菌活性研究

摘    要:以连山葡萄、毛葡萄和山葡萄冬剪枝条为研究对象,以栽培品种赤霞珠为对照,采用牛津杯法测定其多酚粗提取物抑菌能力和连续稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度。对4种细菌的抑制作用试验结果表明,3种野生葡萄枝条多酚粗提取物对枯草芽胞杆菌都有较好的抑制效果,其中连山葡萄最小抑菌浓度(MIC)216 mg·L-1为最小。山葡萄对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、破伤风杆菌的抑菌能力比其他野生葡萄强,抑菌平均值(MIC)分别为934、584、1 210 mg·L-1。对2种真菌试验表明,山葡萄枝条多酚粗提取物对黄曲霉和青霉的抑制能力均为最强,对这2种真菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为383 mg·L-1和766 mg·L-1; 4种葡萄枝条多酚粗提取物对黄曲霉抑制效果都较好。表明中国野生葡萄枝条多酚粗提取物有较强的抑菌能力,尤其以山葡萄枝条多酚抑菌能力最好。

Abstract:Anti-microbial activities and minimum concentrations(MIC)of the phenolic extracts from the branches of three Chinese wild vitis species(Vitis luochengensis var.tomentoso-nerva,Vitis quinquangularis and Vitis amurensis)and cultivated species were investigated. The bacteria were Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium tetani,Bacillus subtilis,Penicillium and Aspergillus flavus.The wild grape cane extracts exhibited excellent antibacterial activity.The MICs of the phenolic extract from V.amurensis against E.coli,S.aureus and C.tetani were 934 mg·L-1,584 mg·L-1,and 1 210 mg·L-1,respectively,And MICs against Penicillium and A.flavus were 766 mg·L-1 and 383 mg·L-1,respectively.It was concluded that wild grapevine cane,especially the V.amurensis cane,had higher antimicrobial activities,and may be developed as a good natural antibacterial reagent.
