| 摘 要： | 用乙醚、丙酮、乙醇三种有机溶剂浸提的苦瓜叶片提取液涂抹白菜叶后饲喂小菜蛾幼虫（Ｐｌｕｔｅｌｌａ ｘｙｌｏｓｔｅｌｌａ Ｌ．），结果表明，三种有机溶剂提取液不同浓度饲喂试虫，随浓度增高，其取食量逐渐减少，生长速率逐渐减慢，存活率显著下降。其中５０％的乙醚提取液作用最强。

| Abstract: | The balsam pear leaves were macerated with three kinds of organic solution,which was ether,acetone or ethanol.The larvae of plulella xylostella were separately fed with the leaves of cabbage,which were smeared by the extract liquids.The experimental results showed that consumption of leaves decreased and the growth and survival rate also decreased.Among diffferent concentration of the three extract liquids,50% of ether extract liquid was the most effective. |
