摘    要:综述了20世纪80年代以来节水灌溉综合效应评价领域的研究进展。分析了目前存在的主要问题:缺乏较为完善的基础数据平台、评价方法亟待实用化、亟需建立符合不同层次评价需求的指标体系、规划缺乏科学性,与生产实践脱节等。提出应加强节水灌溉基础理论与节水潜力分析、完善现有节水灌溉技术标准、重视节水灌溉项目综合效应评价方法及评价体系研究和已建节水示范区综合效应的评价等。

Abstract:The paper sums up the research advances in evaluation of comprehensive effects of water-saving irrigation since the 1980s and analyzes the major problems still existing: lack of basic data and highly applicable evaluation methods and an indicator system appropriate for different scales; lack of scientificity and a good combination with practice in planning. The paper advances that research on basic theory of water-saving irrigation and analysis of water-saving potentials should be promoted, that existing water-saving irrigation technical criterion should be perfected, that more emphasis should be laid on the research of evaluation methods of comprehensive effects of water-saving irrigation projects and the research of the indicator system and the evaluation of the comprehensive effect of the established water-saving demonstration region.
