单细胞藻类饲养青蛤稚贝的研究

摘    要:本试验以几种单细胞藻类为饵料,研究青蛤稚贝的生长和成活率。经21天饲养证明,小球藻、扁藻、三角褐指藻、底栖硅藻都是青蛤稚贝的适宜饵料,其成活率均达90%以上,其中又以投喂底栖硅藻生长最快。

Abstract:The growth and survival rate of juvenile clam, Cyclina sinensis, feeded with several kinds of unicellular algae were observed. After 21 days of raising, it was proved that the suitable feed of the juvenile clam were Chlorella, Platymonas, Phaeodactylum tricomutum and benthic diatom, and the survival rate of juvenile clam was over 90% , of which the fast growth rate was those feeded with benthic diatom.
