高寒草甸植物群落退化与土壤环境特征的关系研究

摘    要:为了阐明高寒草甸群落特征和物种多样性的变化特征及其与土壤环境因子的关系,本文研究了未退化、轻度、中度、重度和极度退化程度高寒草甸群落特征和物种多样性,以及各退化等级的土壤温湿度及其化学性质。结果表明,随着退化程度的加剧,高寒草甸群落高度、盖度、生物量和演替度均逐渐降低,而鼠类活动先加剧后减缓;物种多样性指数逐渐降低,丰富度指数和均匀度指数均先升高后降低;土壤温度逐渐升高而湿度逐渐降低;土壤有机碳含量和全氮含量均逐渐降低,而土壤pH值则逐渐升高。群落演替度、土壤湿度、土壤有机碳和全氮含量与物种多样性表现出正相关,而有效鼠洞数、土壤温度和土壤pH值则与物种多样性表现出显著的负相关。

Abstract:In order to study the changes of community and species diversity and the relationship between them and soil environmental factors in an alpine meadow,we have studied community characteristics and species diversity of Non-degraded,light,moderate,heavy and extreme degraded alpine meadow,respectively.We also studied soil temperature,moisture and chemistry characteristics of each degraded gradient.The results showed that community heights,coverage,biomass and succession degree were decreased when alpine meadow increased the degraded levels,however,rodent activity firstly increased then decreased;species diversity decreased gradually;richness index and evenness index firstly increased then decreased;soil temperature increased and moisture decreased gradually;contents of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen declined and soil pH value increased.Community succession degree,soil moisture,soil organic carbon and total nitrogen were in positive correlation with species diversity,however,effective rodent holes,soil temperature and soil pH value were in negative correlation with species diversity.
