| 摘 要： | 根据国内外食品产业的发展现况及出现的问题,详细阐述了目前国际上广泛应用的食品安全体系,提出只有充分发挥政府在规范食品市场秩序中的规制作用,建立符合食品市场要求的法律法规体系,制定有利于食品工业发展、食品科技创新的产业政策,不断完善食品安全控制体系,才能促进食品产业可持续发展,提高食品安全质量。

| Abstract: | This paper according to the development current and the problems of the domestic and international food industry, detailed international current the sevurity system of food, aim at the problem that the food industry appear currently and actual circumstance, put forward must develop the government well in the norm food market order of rules manufacture use, build up meet the food market request of the law system, the establishment be advantageous to the food industry development, creative industry policy of the food science and technology, the continuously perfect food security and control system, can promote sustainable development and quantity of food. |
