| 摘 要： | 本文从高标准的水产品冷冻加工厂的要求出发，对水产品冷冻加工厂的设计采用较新的速冻加工的设计理念，并通过采用新技术、新的制冷工艺流程和新的设备配置形式等加以实施，包括螺杆机组与经济器联配的节能匹配、油冷却器的高温冷却法、板式换热的过冷水制作工艺、集中分布的流体输送管网和系统设备的优化配置等，使整个系统流程紧凑合理、节能有效，初投资减少了10％左右，不同运行模式的操作和控制，可大大节省运行投资，为水产品冷冻加工厂的节能设计提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the new design ways for the high standard marine products in frozen processing plant. It includes the new equipments, new system act as strew compressor, economizer etc. The system can save energy, consumedly saves the early investment and the operating investment. It will provide the theoretical guide for the marine products frozen processing plant to save energy. |
