| 摘 要： | 依据中国生猪市场2003—2010年的销售价格和成本数据,运用委托-代理和交易成本理论,利用投入产出方法,研究规模生猪加工企业垂直协作模式的交易成本.结果表明,在目前的市场环境下,规模生猪加工企业规模适宜采用紧密型契约、战略联盟和纵向一体化相结合的综合模式.

| Abstract: | According to selling price and cost data from 2003 to 2010 from live pig market in China,this paper uses principal-agent theory,transaction cost theory and the input-output method to study the transaction cost of vertical coordination mode in scale pig processing enterprises.The results show that an integrated model which is oriented in vertical integration,combining close compact and strategic alliances should be adopted by scale pig processing enterprises in the current market environment. |
