摘    要:研究了微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)对小白菜、番茄幼苗生长发育的影响及其在它们体内的积累。结果表明:在高浓度(0.5~2.5μg/mL)的毒素暴露下MC-LR会显著降低两种种子的发芽率;当毒素浓度高于0.1μg/mL(或0.5μg/mL)时,小白菜(或番茄)幼苗的苗高、根长均受到显著抑制。微囊藻毒素在小白菜中的积累随MC-LR暴露浓度的增大、暴露时间的延长而增加,而在番茄中未能检出微囊藻毒素的积累。

Abstract:The effects of microcystin(MC-LR) on the growth and development of pakchoi cabbage and tomato seedlings,as well as its accumulation in pakchoi cabbage and tomato were studied.The results showed that MC-LR could obviously decrease the germination percentage of these two kinds of seeds under the exposure of high concentration(0.5~2.5 μg/mL) of MC-LR.The seedling height and root length of pakchoi cabbage(or tomato) were significantly restrained when the concentration of MC-LR was above 0.1 μg/mL(or 0.5 μg/mL).The accumulation of microcystin in pakchoi cabbage increased with the increase of MC-LR concentration and the prolonging of exposure time of MC-LR,while there was no microcystin accumulation in the detected tomato.
