章姬草莓花药组织培养脱毒快速繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:研究了采用花药组织培养法快速繁殖章姬草莓脱毒苗的技术。结果表明:外植体宜选择处于单核期的花粉(其花蕾直径在4 mm左右,花瓣尚未开裂,花药直径约1 mm且呈淡黄色);诱导愈伤组织形成和分化不定芽的最佳培养基均为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L;最佳增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L。

Abstract:The virus-free rapid propagation technique of Zhangji strawberry was studied by using anther tissue culture method.The results showed that it was suitable to choose the uninucleate pollens as the explants(the diameter of the alabastrum was about 4 mm,the petal had not crazed yet,the diameter of the anther was about 1 mm and it appeared yellow).The optimum medium for both callus formation inducement and adventitious bud differentiation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L,and the optimum medium for rapid propagation was MS+...
